Delivery Policy

Order Confirmation: After placing an online order, customers will receive an SMS from a customer service agent to schedule the delivery date and time. To confirm the delivery, please reply "YES" to the same SMS number.

Changes to Delivery: Customers must inform Tangan Furniture of any changes or rescheduling needs at least 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Delivery will be rescheduled to the next available time slot.

Storage Facility:  A complimentary storage facility is available for purchased products for up to 30 days. After 30 days, storage charges will apply:

  • AED 50 per day for the first 10 days
  • AED 100 per day thereafter

Storage charges must be paid in full by card or via bank transfer before products are released for delivery.

Product Inspection: Customers are required to carefully examine the products before signing the delivery note/order. By signing, customers acknowledge acceptance of the products and confirm that they meet the desired quality and specifications.

Free Delivery:  

  • We provide free delivery for purchases exceeding AED 1,000.
  • Purchases below this amount will incur a delivery charge, which can be viewed prior to payment.

Ceiling Lights Delivery:  

The price of ceiling lights over AED 1,000 includes delivery but excludes assembly.

An additional charge of AED 500 applies for assembly.

Elevator Considerations:  

  • Customers residing in buildings with elevators must ensure that purchased products fit within the elevator/service elevator before confirming the order.
  • If items do not fit, delivery will be made to the ground floor, and customers are responsible for transporting the products via staircase.

Delivery Restrictions:  

  • Customers must inform us of any delivery restrictions.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to restrictions, cancellation less than 24 hours prior, or if no one is home at the scheduled time, a redelivery charge of AED 200 for Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi city limits or AED 500 for other Emirates will apply.

Returns and Refunds: If customers change their minds about products delivered within the exchange and refund period, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Old Furniture: We do not collect or dispose of old or unwanted furniture.

Acknowledgment of Product Condition: Customers are considered to have received and examined the product(s), confirming they are free from visible faults or undisclosed issues, upon signing the receipt at the delivery location.
