What type of payment methods do you accept?

Secure your purchase with convenient payment options: Debit or credit card, Apple pay, Google pay or split by Tamara or Tabby.

Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery.

How do I change or cancel my order?

No worries, just reply to the confirmation email you got and we'll get in touch with you right away to help out.  Or if you lost that email you can reach us at wecare@tanganfurniture.com.

What if I want to order an item out of stock?

Please contact us at wecare@tanganfurniture.com and we will inform you by email if and when the item will be available again.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?

Unlock Free Shipping for order above 1000 AED for - Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, RAK, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be delivered to you within 5 days or less. If you are in a rush, reply to your order confirmation email right away to let us know you're in A BIG RUSH, and we will try to do our best for ASAP delivery.

How you ship?

Smaller items will be delivered by one of our trusted courier services with full tracking and other options. 

Large items may be sent on dedicated door to door courier services in which case we will contact you to arrange a suitable day.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at wecare@tanganfurniture.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping available: Before placing an order, please contact us for pricing and delivery times and options.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please email us at wecare@tanganfurniture.com as soon as possible - best within 24 hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at wecare@tanganfurniture.com as soon as possible - best within 24 hours.

What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

You can return online purchased items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition.
If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Service team at wecare@tanganfurniture.com. For more detailed information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered.

Use a trackable delivery method and insure for full retail value.

How to proceed a return

For online orders you have 7 days from the date you receive it to advise us if you wish to return anything. After notification on wecare@tanganfurniture.com, you must send the item(s) ASAP.

All goods must be new, unused, and in original condition with all packaging. Items should show no signs of wear or assembly (e.g., flat-packed furniture should not be assembled).

Ensure goods are boxed, sealed, and labeled appropriately. Include a note with your order number. Do not write on or attach tape/labels to product retail packaging.

Are the colors and materials shown on the website accurate?

We strive to present precise product images and descriptions; however, please be aware that variations in color or texture may arise due to differences in monitor settings or the artisanal nature of our products. Handcrafted items may exhibit natural distinctions in tone or pattern, which should not be deemed defects but rather a testament to their authenticity.

What if I have questions about product dimensions?

Product dimensions are available in the Product Specifications section, accessible via the drop-down menu beneath the product images. If you are unable to locate this information, please feel free to reach out to our team at wecre@tanganfurniture.com for assistance.

What materials are your furniture made of?

Our products are crafted from a diverse array of materials, including recycled wood, bamboo, rattan, woven seagrass, organic cotton and linens. By incorporating these materials into your decor, you can infuse your space with natural warmth, a sense of coziness, and an inherent elegance.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Certain materials, such as recycled wood and certified cotton, are clear examples of eco-friendliness, as their names suggest. However, natural materials like seagrass, bamboo, and rattan are also widely regarded as sustainable options, attributed to their rapid regenerative cycles, minimal waste production, and the environmentally conscious farming practices traditionally applied. Furthermore, all of these materials are entirely biodegradable, affirming their commitment to sustainability.

How do I care for and maintain my furniture?

Gently clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth, taking care to refrain from using abrasive cleaners and chemicals or exposing it to excessive moisture. It is advisable to avoid placing hot or wet items directly on the surface. To ensure optimal preservation, shield the furniture from continuous, direct exposure to intense sunlight.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We do not operate a physical store and primarily conduct sales online. However, if you would like to view an item in person, you are welcome to visit our warehouse in Sharjah by scheduling an appointment in advance via WhatsApp or email.

Do you offer assembly services?

Most of our larger and more intricate items are delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use. We do not provide installation services such as drilling, mounting and electrical fitting. However, assembly for applicable items, such as bed frames and tables, is included as part of our delivery service.
