Returns & Refunds Policy
All of our products are crafted from natural and/or recycled materials. As each item is handcrafted, minor imperfections such as small cracks, scratches, spacing irregularities, and variations in color, texture, grain, casting, or uneven surfaces may be present. These characteristics contribute to the uniqueness of each product and are not considered defects.
We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to exceed your expectations. However, if an item does not meet your needs, please follow the guidelines below for returning a product:
Initiating Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Please contact us through our Customer Service page to start the return process.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in as-new condition, free from damage or alterations (e.g., scratches, stains).
- Original packaging is required for returns. If the original packaging is unavailable, please ensure safe transit with suitable packaging.
- Clearance, display, and customized items are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Processing Fees:
- Payment processing fees apply to online transactions.
- If a customer cancels an order or requests a refund, these processing fees are non-refundable. This is due to fees charged by our payment processor at the time of the original transaction, which cannot be reversed once payment has been made.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank's processing times.
Processing Fees:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: 2.5% of the order value
- Third-Party Payment Providers (e.g., PayPal): 3% of the order value
- These fees are charged by our payment processor at the time of the original transaction and are non-reversible.
Processing Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Order Change or Cancellation:
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch to avoid additional charges.
- Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations must be processed through our Customer Service page.
Note: Clearance, display, and customized items and gift cards cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
